Double-chin treatment in Valencia

Improving neck contour starts with understanding what is affecting it. I combine endolaser, liposuction and CO2 laser in the same session to address fat and skin, with a plan tailored to your anatomy.

Assessment and treatment

Assessing fat and skin separately

A double chin is not always caused solely by fat. Skin elasticity, sagging, and the structure of the chin and jaw affect what can be achieved. Examination helps distinguish these factors.

01

Liposuction: reducing fat

Removes localised fat from selected areas. The amount and distribution to treat are planned before the procedure, aiming for a balanced contour.

02

Endolaser: working from within

I use it beneath the skin as part of the combined double-chin and lower-face treatment. It addresses fat and tissue contraction; its scope depends on anatomy and skin quality.

03

CO2: treating the surface

Complements treatment of the skin from the outside. I tailor the area and intensity so that surface treatment fits the work carried out deeper down.

After treatment

Recovery and follow-up

Swelling, bruising and discomfort may occur, alongside skin recovery from CO2 treatment. The contour is assessed once the tissues have settled. Follow-up, aftercare and any compression are tailored individually.

Realistic expectations

What we agree before treatment

I do not promise sufficient skin contraction in every neck. If excess skin or sagging predominates, I will explain the limits of this combination and whether another approach should be considered.

Frequently asked questions

Double chin

Are all three techniques performed on the same day?

Yes, I combine them in one session. The extent of each is tailored to the diagnosis, and we also assess whether other procedures are appropriate.

Does it also treat the jowl area?

Fat in the lower face can be included when indicated. First I distinguish whether the jawline is affected by fat, sagging or a combination of both.

What risks should I know about?

Risks include contour irregularities, asymmetry, altered sensation, bleeding or infection. Laser adds risks of burns and pigmentation or scarring changes. We discuss the risks relevant to you before deciding.

How much does it cost?

The initial consultation costs €150, in person or by video. A treatment quote is prepared after assessment, according to the agreed plan.
