What data we process and why

If you complete the appointment form, we process your name, phone number, email, reason for consultation and any information you choose to provide, solely to contact you and arrange your appointment. Please do not request or send detailed clinical information through the form; we will discuss it during your consultation.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Recipients

Requests are received at HEIRA Dermatology (citas@heira.es), where Dr. Torres's appointments are managed. To provide the service, we use providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (web hosting) and Web3Forms (sending form submissions by email). We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required.

Retention

We retain appointment request data for as long as needed to arrange your appointment. If you become a patient, your medical records are retained in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability by emailing torres.derma@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
